Mr Fixer may be handsome, but his sink fixing abilities are woefully lacking. I would like a sink that doesn't drip into the cupboard below and I'll take that over himself messing about in the flat for no reasonable outcome.

Last year we had New!Boiler fitted. New boiler is nice, it makes Good!Shower possible and means we're now washing up in actual HOT water, rather than the lukewarm from old boiler ( ... )

Why is plumbing so hard? I meant, not the actual plumbing - but all the bits and pieces. I could have done this if the dratted nut hadn't fallen off and if the blasted hardware store had been open.
