I have, a little. It's just harder here because there aren't enough magical plants. We have some Dittany and a few others like Wolfsbane, but that's about it.
And you haven't done such a great job either from the looks of it.

Oddly enough, abandoning your home leaves you ridiculously little time to mend injuries.
[She can sort herself in a few seconds. But first, she takes a critical look at Neville, wand twirling in her fingers. The smile is gone, it doesn't feel right on her face right now. Gesturing, yes, get over here, wand poised.]

Mum wanted to clean me up before we left. But I told her it’d be best to wait until we were somewhere safer. [Ginny actually smiles now, but it doesn't quite reach her eyes; the rebellion's changed them all and being chased out of the Burrow was just a little over the edge of too much.] There's no good mending a split lip if I was just going to bloody it again if we get caught running and need to fight.
