I have Nvidia GeForce 9600GT in my laptop, with the external monitor connected to it. As far as I know, this card has only one LUT and it is shown as one card (not 2, as some cards do) in Device Manager in both XP and 7.

Calibration in Windows XP was a problem. Once you apply LUT curves to any of the monitors, the other will also change.
In Windows 7 however changing LUT on one monitor have no visual effect on the other.

Try to test it yourself. Use Gamma 1.0 profile and your normal profile, switch between them and observe the changes. If you can share your results, that'd be appreciated.

But the biggest problem is still there. ICC aware programs, which are not WCS aware (like photoshop) still use only the main monitor profile for color conversion. I wonder if the same would be true for two separate cards?

Hope this helps.

As soon as the parts arrive, I'll give it a test, and let you know.

Best,

Lucky you :-)

Does it allow to calibrate all 3 monitors separately?
