The bagel project

Every once in a while I miss home and all the foods that go along with it. Pizza, buttered rolls, Filipino food, and the bagel. I can get all this stuff here, but it's just not the same. Hopefully this winter I'll come close to remaking a NYC classic bagel.

I wonder if it will taste different if you make them here... But I can imagine Dad saying, "just buy it!" Haha!

If I were in NYC, I would just buy them. But I'd try to make them too. I hear NYC water is the key to NYC bagels.
