Taking Action against California Proposition 8

I'd been toying with the idea of contributing to the campaign against California's Proposition 8 for some time now. What finally spurred me into action was this article from the Sacramento Bee (thanks to cutiepi314 for pointing it out). I promptly donated $50 to No on Proposition 8, on behalf of Orson Scott Card, leading spokesbigot for the Mormon Church's

i gave money to the no on 8 campaign night before last after reading of the ridiculous threat tactics used by the bigots for it. besides, I live in MA where gay marriage has been legal for years, and my het marriage is still ok. :)

Glad to hear it! I'm kind of surprised MA's gay-marriage law hasn't suffered more opposition. I wonder what Mitt Romney's stance on Proposition 8 is.
