I can't imagine this will get very far. It hasn't even been scheduled for a hearing yet. Don't worry about it overly much unless it gets out of committee. The vast majority of these things are just vanity bills that never go anywhere.

That's reassuring. I really must keep a closer eye on these things; as I mentioned, only recently have I developed an interest in politics.
