Last night i had about another 150 calories. so 300 calories total for yesterday. I weighed in at 200 again today. Not as good as loosing, but a hell of a lot better than gaining! sorry i laughed! it's only because i'm a nurse. she died because of "water intoxication" basically an electrolyte imbalance. anyway, your comment is on the right track since it has such drastic effects on brain function. what i find funnier is "drowned her kidneys"..
