So amazing to hear of all the beauty that is surrounding Eva and her legacy. Keeping everyone involved on here is yet one more way of keeping her love and her fight against CF and for organ donation alive. Thank you for that. Each and every day a little piece of Eva-love inspires me to be better, to open my eyes wider and just jump. There are no words I could say to let you understand how much your beautiful girl has changed my outlook on life - just know that as you walk around Vancouver, little pieces of Eva's love are being reflected back at you as you pass me by.
What a wonderful night! Thank you so much to all of the organizers and volunteers, who shared it with all of us!! Annie, you rocked that Chris Stathers dress just like Eva did! My big stack of donor cards that I grabbed from the event has dwindled. I've handed out 20 to co-workers and others; telling people what I've learned about organ donation from Eva and directing them to Transplant B.C.'s website. Eva's legacy lives on in our words, our actions, and our hearts.
this was a wonderful reminder. I got great news that there has been a positive result from a treatment that targets the defection gene in CF patients on top of my Halifax University (SMU) doing an event with proceeds going to the CF of Canada research.. http://www.facebook.com/?sk=inbox&setup#!/event.php?eid=107809825966672
