Kay so idk I posted this up because honestly I've been a little self-conscious. sorta. About Nico. Because she's so dynamic and all that I don't really want to seem toooooooooooooooooooooo unrealistic. Then again y'know, nothing is normal here in lolocracy. It's a good time to post this up and gather some feedback. Threads and planning can be

I was excited when we first got Nico because I was like "fuck yeah, strong female character!" But I think you've really tried to push that aspect of her WAY too hard and everything gets lost. To me, she seems more like a Harley Davidson American biker chick still stuck in her rebellious teenager years than a 24 year old woman. There isn't much to me that says "Yes, this is the representation of Romania". The ghosts and such are all very well and good, but there seems to be a lack of actual Romanianculture in Nicoleta. I guess another thing that makes me go "...what" is how dynamic she really is. There's a lack of gender equality in Eastern Europe as a whole and to see Romania dressing up in leather, buying motorcycles, and generally not giving a damn what anyone thinks kind of makes me really uncertain. A strong female character doesn't need to throw her strength in everyone's face to prove she's strong ( ... )

I think I just completely jumbled my original Nico up after dealing with so much. She went through a whole lot and I think I made her into a Romanian-American citizen instead of an embodiment of Romania as a citizen. Oh har. It's more likely that she's going to go through a huge phase at this point. Thanks darling~

I have to agree with Kelsey though. Nico seems to be losing touch with her Romanian-ness, and that could just be a phase - because all of our characters go through them - but she was a lot more in-tune with it when you first joined. Now, bear in mind that I know positively nothing about Romanian culture, so you are always welcome to disregard this entirely .////. I still love Nico, and I love that she's a strong and independent woman, because Liberty definitely needs more of them.
We should thread more too ;c;

Thank you so much for your input. Really I do feel like I've cleared a lot of gunk out so the muse can breath. *pets Nico*
