YEah! I would love to see you too! Here is what is on the label of the cheese. Emmi Cave aged Gruyere - Kaltbach. I know Emmi is the brand and I'm not too sure what the Kaltbach means. anyway, it's a swiss made cheese. Pick some up if you can find it. It's amazing.
