They left the malt shop and continued on their way to Roderich’s house. As much as he wanted to avoid the whole issue and the subsequent consequences, Roderich knew his cousin was right. Not only did he need to own up to his responsibilities, but he had to take the good with the bad and the sooner he told everyone, the better.
