Once again, Charlie is set up to train Natalie. He's got the mats and the bottled water. He also has a jump rope. And today he's dressed in a basic karate outfit, with a white belt.

While he waits for Natalie to arrive, he sits on the grass and meditates.

Natalie trots over to him, wearing a tank top and loose athletic shorts. When she sees that he's meditating, she just sits down nearby and watches the lake and the surrounding scenery.

--What is that blob in the distance? Nothing to worry about, surely. Not with Charlie here.

Charlie opens his eyes and smiles. "Good morning," he says cheerfully. He's glad to see her, and also, she looks really good in that outfit. "How are yu today?"

"I'm not bad at all," she says with a smile. "How are you, this lovely morning?"

"Calm. Collected. And yes, it is lovely today. Not the kind of day I saw as often as I'd like when I was out of the world." He rises to his feet in a very fluid motion.
