So, I got my third shot today. I had a different nurse this time. She didn't ask how things were going, but she didn't gab on and on about the "other females" she was giving shots to, either. A repeat has been averted. I put "chocolate chips" on the grocery list, and lo, they have appeared today. I also noted the utter lack of household chocolate to my mother today, and the need for reserve supplies in case of chocolate emergencies. Having experienced chocolate emergencies herself, she apologized and promised to purchase some backup rations.

I sometimes wonder if severe chocolate deficiency is a contributing factor to my current mental state. ... Hmm.

Oh no! Nurse! We need 100 cc's of chocolate, STAT!

.... Actually, I know 100 ccs is 100 cubic centimeters, but I have no idea how much that would actually seem like. Is that a lot of chocolate?
