I love all her books. but I am not sure that divalea identifies as a PoC. I think Hernandez is her (soon-to-be-ex) husband's name, too.

Hmm. I saw her referenced in an article on Latino/a representation in comics, but maybe the article was also in error. It seems way too intrusive to ask her. Does anyone know for sure?

If I misidentified her ethnicity, I apologize and will take down the post.
