Washington Irving is an interesting figure in English literature, for sure. Thanks for reviewing. It seems like one of those books you'd appreciate having read for the way parts of it are incorporated into pop culture (i.e. Sleepy Hollow & Rip Van Winkle) even if you don't love every bit of it.
