Summaries:

Case 1: Continuation of the last case in volume 12. Guess who Conan uses to announce the murderer? And who woke up before Conan was done using him…

Case 2: Ran and Conan go with Sonoko to her family’s beach to have fun in the sun. However, things take a turn for the worse when Yuuzo’s (Ayako’s fiancé) father is murdered by someone who looks like Yuuzo! …But then Yuuzo’s brothers show up. They’re triplets! It could have been any one of them…

Case 3: An editor gets in touch with Kogorou, telling him that he wants to include an interview between him and the artist of their book in the end of it. However, Hanaoka is late. When he finally arrives, he’s interrupted by a phone call from his assistant saying that she’s going to jump off of his balcony! Everyone looks out the window in time to see…

Case 4: Thanks to Agasa being a friend of creator, the Shounen Tantei get to visit the studio where the famous kid’s show Gomera is filmed. However, not everything is still going smoothly after all the years of filming…

My Review:

Case 1: Loved this part. XP Being a kid is tough - sometimes things just don’t go the way you want them too, no matter how much logic you use!

Case 2: Interesting case. Triplets! Also the first time I remember seeing Ayako open her eyes.

Case 3: Very interesting case, darker than even cases where sons murder their fathers. The guy was pretty crazy here. Very cold-blooded and sly. Even knowing who it was (indeed, seeing him commit the crime), I was very curious to see how Conan would solve it.

Case 4: For being about a kid’s dinosaur show, it was a good case! Quite interesting when the killer was revealed. Sad, too…
