I got the idea to draw this because I love all the little uniform details, so um, yay! The Brigadier and Benton, completely G-rated. Hahahaha. I shouldn't be allowed to draw cute stuff like this.

Heeee, I had to have the baton! The mental image of little chibi Brig with a little baton is what started it all! I'm just glad the moustache doesn't look daft. :D

Ahahahahaha, I've seen some severe and angry chibis before, but it definitely is more common and easier to draw them all happy, hahahaha.
