it depends on the tone. he could have been just being friendly and concerned. but if he said it with a little innuendo in his voice....he might have been flirting...

I would have simply taken it as a friendly comment, but I would question if he decided to pause before personally and change his tone on that one word. Maybe he is reaching out all friendly like.

Yeah, as others have said, it's difficult to gauge from just the dialogue alone. Body language and tone are often more telling than the actual words themselves.

"personally or professionally" is what catches me.

If it were just "professionally", I would have left it at "If there's anything I can do for you just let me know".
