i've started it, sorta. i'm doing the healthy eating and the gym just haven't gotten into the 30 day shred dvds. i've been busy preparing my meals ahead of time and haven't gotten to, but i think now that i've got things down i can add it in. so far so good! haven't touched the scale, yet (it's only been a few days) and i've been drinking a lot of water so i feel i'm retaining, but i do feel better!
