Awwww! that was really sweet and nice (in a creepy, nasty way ^^) The "Not any more" moment was lovely, and I also really liked the description - it was really eerie. It's a really good portrayal of the relationship they have and of Ryu (the one of the two whom I actually know about ^^) Lovely work!

I'm so glad that you liked it. It was quite fun to write - I've been thinking about Ryu and his Grandfather lately and it's interesting to me so I'm glad the fic was okay! Thank you. :)

I expect he does remember it - probably quite fondly since it's one of the few times his grandfather ever showed him any obvious affection! I like the image too - it's where the fic grew from really.
