R for the idea, though the text itself is more PG - very gentle.
warning - twincest. It should not be possible to traumatise oneself, but I've just managed.

Do it for me? )

Well, I like it :p It was IC from what I remember, with Pat being the wilder, irresponsible one, and I liked the way Isobel was both worried and accepting. Those aren't the right words, but I'm not awake enough for this.

I was trying for IC. I'm glad it worked.

I'm not sure why my squickier fics are being Enid Blyton based, though. The other EB I did was disturbing, too...

Subversion? Also, squicky stuff isn't touched on much in canon, and I know I often like to focus on stuff that isn't so much.

Possibly. I don't know. I write reasonably innocent almost-canonish Malory Towers, so I'm not sure what happens when I try her other writing...

Sorry, I meant to review this yesterday but my essays are getting in the way of anything fun (like commenting!) Anyway, yes, it's wrong and warped but ... somehow not too traumatsing. I like how it goes, espcially the last line. And Pat was always the more headstrong. I like it.

Oh, I just thought I'd managed to worry everyone so much that they couldn't bear to read. And that rather amused me in a funny sort of way :)

But it's surprisingly gentle, which made it really difficult to rate...

*laughs* No, I am UNSTOPPABLE. Well, I am stoppable. Just mostly not too squickable. And I read it and thought "I'll come back later ... " and then failed. :)

Yeah, I can see what you mean. Sometimes little things trip you up in a fanfic sometimes. Currently I'm vaguely debating "Well, one of them is underage but he doesn't actually MENTION it and the guy doesn't KNOW he's underage ... "

Ye-es. Another difficult one. I mean, this is a clear PG if it weren't for... well, incest... - which is a major sticking point :-P

I like it. I think this works well, partly because it allows the reader to think that they never went further than kissing *g*

I'm sure they didn't. (*wants to be able to re-read the books without trauma*)
