I'm really glad that you liked it! :) I love crossing things over with His Dark Materials - these days one of the first things I start doing when I get into fandoms is going "Now, what daemons would they all have ...?" Thank you for the review! :)

Oh! Oh, some great daemon choices there, especially Gaius's and Gwen's! And a great range of scenes, some funny, some grim and some sad. Poor Arthur in the first one! (He and Matsuda should bond over unimpressed fathers, although I guess Arthur wouldn't know what a giraffe was XD) All the choices and names really make this fit how daemons would be in sort-of historical England ^^

(Just one thing, though - when Merlin poisons Morgana you put that Rowan leaps at Cerys when should it be Selwyn?)

I really did. I may have babbled about DN for half the review, but I did think it worked so well as a Merlin fic - the atmosphere and the animals you picked just all fit together really well. *still in love with Gaius and Gwen's daemons*

I'm glad you liked Gwen's daemon actually because I was sort of worried - I wanted to pick the right sort of dog so I'm glad you feel it works okay. Gaius's was kind of totally there - hedgehog just is so him in so many ways! :)
