Awwwww! Oh, that was lovely and sad and awww... I love the nod to Scott's fear of spiders and the understated sadness of it all. I really enjoyed it. And all the little details about John's culture shock worked really well too. Lovely!

I'm so glad that you liked it. :) Scott's fear of spiders is my own personal canon, as we know. *hugs John* Poor things.

whee, Thunderbirds. And this was really nice, too - subtle and thoughtful and loads of really good touches (the lightswitch, but the tongs were HILARIOUS)

I'm glad that you liked it. :) It was fun to write - I like playing with the Thunderbirds. They have SECRET angst, unseen in the series. :D

Good characterisation; better than the show ever had, anyway. And you're right; that was a fucked up episode in more ways than one.

The show wasn't really about characterisation ... more about "WE HAVE BIG SPACE SHIPS!" They occasionally sneaks some in there though!

As a child, I missed the complete psychosis of The Univited. Then I rewatched and went "... wait, WHAT happened?!" And then no one EVER mentioned it again!

"Scott blew up a pyramid, now let us never speak of it again."
