If you could wake up to breakfast in bed anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Not the hospital. I've had breakfast in a hospital bed far, far too many times to actually enjoy the experience. I'd rather be able to walk to a scenic location to enjoy a hearty breakfast after I've dressed and become fully awake.

I've been hospitalized three times. once with diverticulitis and once for stomach surgery and neither time was I ALLOWED to eat. The overnight stay when I had chest pains, I was allowed to eat and it was pretty decent.

I enjoy the breakfasts my Hubby cooks when camping; eating outdoors is almost always pleasant.
