[ There's a creature swimming through the mansion's corridors and lurking around the flooded entrance hall, chirruping occasionally and squaring off against reflective surfaces. It's terrible, fearsome, many-toothed and beady-eyed; it's also the length of a man's arm, tail included ( Read more... )

[Seimei is moving down the hall with his face in a book not really paying attention. It's only when he catches something moving that he looks up and stares.]

...What is that?

[ Mosa chirrups delightedly when he spots the fish(?)-person gliding down the corridor. It's far too big to eat, of course, but without recognising the humanoid part, the aquatic part says HUNTING PRACTICE.

...Which really translates to motoring in excited circles around Seimei's tail and/or alternative mer-appendages. The little seamonster is acting for all the world like a sheepdog in herding mode. Yeah, Mosa has no idea how to hunt. Like at all. ]

[Seimei's lower half writes about displaying brilliant blue spots of warning as an instinctual protection, because for this event the sacrifice is part blue ringed octopus.

However the top part of him is easily herded by the little blast from the past because he doesn't necessarily want to be bit or more annoyingly be blamed for the unintended destruction of someone's animal.]

Where the devil did you come from? Stop that! I will not be held responsible for your death.

[ The vivid blue glow of the spots gets through to Mosa as being a warning, and he falls back, out of the way of the writhing tentacles.

He starts chirping non-stop at Seimei, waving his flippers around to make himself look bigger than he is. Let's be honest: in that area he needs all of the help he can get. ]

*This guy has high-fived J, eaten some carnival fish, and run from a Peace Lobster. All in all an interesting event. Oh hey! Another lil dinosaur. Hey buddy! He chirps happily.*

[ This guy chased off an inconceivably huge Liopleurodon! Oh, the stories they could tell each other.

Chirp! Chirp! He's pretty excited to meet a friend out here. ]

*He waggles a fin at his fellow mini-crocasaur. Mosa may be interested to note that Vector here is rather pudgy and is doing the aquatic equivalent of waddling around. Tim probably feeds him too much. He swims round and round his new found friend!*

[ The slight age difference makes Vector a bit bigger than Mosa, even discounting the pudginess. But Mosa has speed on his side! He chirps again and whirls around in the water, nosebutting the other mosadile playfully. ]
