[In the middle of the town plaza is a little penguin. He seems rather rooted to his spot and there is a small dog next to him looking a bit put out and shaking slightly through it all.

But the penguin is undeterred. Or it's simply that he has no choice.

[The dog is familiar, but the penguin- not so much. She stares for a bit before crouching down (on the side further from the dog) to get a better look at the little guy.]

[Oh God. Nipponguin starts shaking slightly and the dog yips, wagging its tail at Rise.]

[And now the penguin looks depressed and is trying to hide his face in his flippers.]

[She jumps at that bark and glances at the dog. She hadn't paid much attention back when Pochi had been quiet, but now that she'd had a closer look, it did look familiar. The good thing about Luceti was that it didn't have that many dogs, so matching dogs to their owners wasn't that difficult. But did that mean that his owner was around?

[And the penguin squawks, then motions to Pochi who yips and starts shaking. Penguins are fine in the cold, but little dogs are not.]

[Yes, yes, he is and yes, yes, he does. He looks up at Minato and squawks before the singing starts up again.]

[He stops and motions to the dog at his side. Pochi needs to be taken inside for it is cold and Pochi is a tiny dog.]

[Poland can't understand human expressions of distraught. Forget penguin expressions of distraught.

He claps happily when he thinks the song is over, though. A singing penguin is pretty amazing.]

[Oh God, it's Poland. He can't do anything to let Poland know he is Japan or he'll never hear the end of it. Ever.

Thankfully since he can't do much more than penguin things, that might actually be easy.]
