So, a while back Kristy was looking for something to store keepsakes in for our kids. I suggested that my old footlocker (a Christmas gift when I was a child) might be ideal. It was large and just slightly on the decorative side with its brass hinges, lock, and latches. Kristy liked the idea so it fell upon me to empty it of my childhood

I LOVE looking through old things! I can sit for hours reading old notes and diary entries and looking at pictures! Also, another reason I love this site and wish I posted more often. Love going back and reading old entries!

Chris has gotten back into comics lately, finding a bunch when we visited his mom back in September. There's a store about 20 minutes away and he goes a couple times a month to see if they have any "new" old stuff. He has gotten a bunch of the #1's his favorites.
