The sound of someone gasping reached Ellen's ears, and at first Ellen thought someone was having asthma attack. Her calm eyes quickly sped over to the Host Club entrance, and her brow arched questionably at the girl standing there, who was looking (in her opinion ) absolutely horrified, and perhaps a tad bit furious. The girl's uniform obviously showed she was from Ouran, so as to why she was reacting so violently upon entering the Host Club (perhaps it was her first time?) was beyond her. Heck, she was American, and she wasn't as freaked out. But it then again, it took a lot, like her mother, to faze Ellen.

Excusing herself from the table, Ellen approached the girl, tilting her head slightly. "Are you alright? You don't seem to be well. Is this your first time entering the Host Club? If so, it's mine too, so you don't have to worry about being alone."

She was only minding her own business, that was all. She had been told the directions several times, but as Tabitha walked down the hallway it was her sweet-tooth leading the way. So, she knew for sure that she was heading in the right direction. There wasn't one step questioned until she finally stopped in front of the door of her destination. She glanced up at the sign to make sure it was the right room and then she went back to looking at what was inside it. This was the right place... However, she hadn't expected to see any girls freaking out near the entrance. She had no clue what was wrong with the one girl, but it wouldn't be polite to just walk by them...

There was hesitation in actually going to see what was the matter, but she finally stepped inside and looked at them both curiously. "Should I call for a nurse?" Tabitha asked innocently, blinking at the two girls with a confused smile.

Nekozawa popped behind the Tabitha, surprising all three girls. "A... nurse, miss? Dark magic will cure it just as well," he murmured quietly and ominously, making his appearance with the dark hood and cat-like puppet even more frightening.

He looked up just in time to see the hyperventilating one fall over. Hm. That was new. He'd never manage to make anyone other than Tamaki faint before.

The world spun. It was something like in the manga she loved to read but only this was real. She didn't even hear the two girls approaching, nor could she register what they were saying, as it all sounded like gibberish ( ... )

Ellen jumped when the mystery girl seemed to wail out of nowhere, and took a step back when she cried one of the Host Club member's names. There was quite a high possibility that this girl was both ill mental-wise and body-wise. Hmm, anyone want a slice of crazy cake? Anyone? Anyone ( ... )

Tabitha made a slight jump of surprise when the dark voice creeped up behind her. Her hands delicately covered her mouth as she turned to see who the owner of the voice was. It was a slow process, but her hands lowered. She blinked at the cloaked boy and his puppet with confusion. Finally, as if coming to some sort of amazing conclusion, a grin formed on her face and she made a light poke on Nekozawa's nose. "You must like double dark chocolate swirl the best!" Tabitha assumed cheerfully.

Her brown eyes turned to look over at Ellen and the strange girl that was still acting strange. Tabitha's bright expression fell to worry at the sight. Well, why not... She curiously looked back at the dark, creepy-looking fellow while Ellen was attending to the sobbing girl. "Can you really do something to help her?"

Help? Help? She nearly disemboweled the girl, in her aura of black rage and despair, and if it weren’t for the positively sweet and innocent bishoujo character that reminded her of Himawari-chan from XXXHolic, she might have actually committed a crime right there and then on Ouran Grounds. And what a scandal that would’ve been!

“Nothing can help me, nothing,” she said, pulling up into sitting position. She sat, hands out in front of her, gripping the ground, her yellow creampuff dress poofing out in all directions. “He’s lost to me, I can’t believe what I just saw. I-I tried. But I just don’t have the heart! I couldn’t bear to peek back in those pink doors and see such a sight that would burn my very eyes! I don’t deserve anything as cruel as this! Even if love must come at a price, this is simply too expensive! I cannot stand to waste my family fortune on this! I would rather buy all the manga in the world ( ... )

He could live with double dark chocolate swirl, but what he really liked was good old Neapolitan with some blueberries in front of his altar with Kirimi, enjoying the way the candlelight flickered against the walls... Wait, no, he was not supposed to be thinking about ice cream right now-- not with a hysterical girl in front of him.

He shot Carabin-san a look back that clearly said "Of course it is, I'm a professional," but she completely missed it because he was wearing a hood. Damnit.

Little Miss Hysteria was still wailing away, though Nekozawa thought he caught a crazed look in her eye, in between her sobs that was reminiscent of Renge whenever the Host club needed her services. Instinctively, he backed away, knowing that there could be an explosion at any minute. He shot Ellen another look that said, "Get away from her, she was sent by the Dark Ones, as your punishment!" But alas, she missed that too.

It was only a matter of time before Ellen realized her luck had turned.

Ellen visibly flinched, and went back an inch. What did she do wrong?! Sure, she was American, but that didn't mean that it had to be freakishly pointed out. People are often asked to be open-minded, and this is what she gets for being so?! Her eye twitched slightly, and her hands clenched the horrid yellow cloth of the uniform ( ... )

She did stop. She wasn't crying, but she stopped in the middle of her crisis. It wasn't because that Western girl asked her to, either. It was...

"What's that smell?" She perked up, eyes narrowed and head turning in almost 360 degrees as she looked for the source of the vile vile wiff of who-knew-what that was distinctively familiar. "Where's it coming from?" She looked to each of the three students surrounding her. She sniffed the air,a nd nearly gagged from the odor. "It smells......" She froze.

OH. GOODNESS.

ROSES.

The brown-eyed girl smiled brightly at Nekozawa's confidence, as dark as it may have seemed. If he could make that poor girl better then that would be amazing! But... her eyes went back to a little bit of worry when he called the girl someone sent by the 'Dark Ones'. This situation... it wasn't really getting better! What could she do though? She lifted one delicate hand to her mouth in thought and listened to what the others were saying while she contemplated ( ... )

She was not sure if eating or drinking would relinquish her from the unspeakable horror she was currently experiencing. Would eating, and the food she ate, disperse the foul scent of the Suzaku-sama forsaken red flowers in the air? Would drinking wash away the disgusting taste from her mouth and once again moisturize the dryness in her throat as she stood, petrified and perpetually mortified at the odor drifting from between those foul foul pink doors?

She thought not!

She did not what to say though, and in her rush of desperation and a sudden throe of sheer terror, she flung herself upon the nearest person, hoping that smelly teenage B.O. might at least lessen the cruelty-

And found herself clinging almost hysterically to the identical pale yellow dress of the girl who had first suggested the food and drinks.

Ah.

Dear Fate.

She couldn't help but give an amused smile at the girl's distress. The girl looked so absolutely mortified that she couldn't help but be tempted to laugh. It was cruel, but the way the girl had been acting just irked her so...But another thought hit Ellen and the almost smug smirk she wore was quickly erased. She would want people laughing at her if ( ... )

Something about this girl, Ellen, was not right, and even she--who was frequently shot very concerned and odd looks in her fits of drama--was uncomfortable. If it wasn't the almost cruel sadistic smile that slipped on and off the girl's face in her dispair, it was the way her tone was so condesending and almost deriding as she asked her...asked her...

With a mournful cry, she threw herself again at the Himawari-look-alike and buried herself in a tragic monolouge. "Here I meet the greatest wall I just climb to Kaoru-chan on the other side! Oh dear Fate, FATE! Is this what it all comes down to? The one true villian that stands before me, monstrous and cruel as to deny a young, high school girl her first love?! How can life be so cruel! So cruel!"

Then she stopped, and after a moment, looked to the girl that was almost sneering at her and said; "Allergic. Since bith." She sniffed, dabbing at the corner of her dry eyes with an imaginary handkerchief. It was, indeed, a very, very sad day...

Ellen nodded, now (partly) understanding why the girl was acting so strangely. The girl had yet to have fallen unconsious from a severe reaction (although the mental confusion the girl had could possibly be counted), so she could only assume that it was eithier a mild or moderate allergy. No rashes (that she could see) have appeared on her skin yet, but her eyes were teary ( ... )
