I'm not sure. The doctors said there was probably no point in hoping, but...I think it will. Mind over matter, right?

What's the source of your paralysis? A twitch means different things depending on why you are paralyzed. Not that it's not good or anything, it's good either way or something.

Well...the truth is I suffered from an attack almost three years ago. The largest nerves in my thighs were damaged. They weren't severed entirely, but...the doctors told me not to get my hopes up.

Well as a scientist I can tell you that nothing is impossible. If man can land on the moon you can certainly regain feeling in your legs. Nerves take a lot of time to regenerate, sure but three years is probably enough that you might be regaining a little bit of feeling it's certainly plausible. I hope you haven't had much trouble with phantom pains in your limbs or anything I read a book about that and it seemed like it would be really frustrating and painful for you and so yeah...

...I hope things get better. Maybe science will advance enough in the next few years for you to feel a little better.
