Well I finally got to read the last chapter. I loved the line about getting inside and making her come (sorry for the poor paraphrasing). It really made me chuckle. I have really enjoyed the whole story and the fact that we had regular updates, so we had the anticipation without having to wait too long between chapters. A follow up would be great, definitely another adventure where they're out of their comfort zone. Plus smoochies please....

That's my favorite line as well, probably out of the whole story ;) And don't worry, if we write the sequel I think smoochies and more are guaranteed!

It'll be a bit more difficult as 3hrs has moved back home to Norway, but we'll see what we can do.

Have you tried co-writing via phone and internet (emails)? I did have a writing partner across the country at one point and it (sort of) worked. (My best experience has actually been as the beta reader - she and I use the term "Muse" - for a novelist friend of mine.) But I can imagine how for some writers being in the same room is absolutely necessary.

Thought about it for sure. We also had some epxerience with editing the same document at the same time via google docs during the editing/finishing process for Spirits.

All that aside though, I do think that in order to be able to repeat our marathon writing session we do need to be in the same room passing a laptop back and forth :) When the other author is right there, waiting for you to finish, you can't slack off or get distracted :P But we shall see. For now, I think we're due a break so we can finish off some of our individual projects!

VERY good point, and I think that was part of the problem with my former co-author years ago. Of course, it's also a personality issue, ie - how organized/focused the two people are. I know of professional authors who make the long distance thing work (some people used to do that in the days of snail mail - send packets back and forth!) but both my friend and I are very easy distracted and pretty ADD.

Anyhow, I look forward to whatever else the two of your might write, together or separately!
