And last:) at the beginning Buffy sees shirtless Spike, not to mention that he has sexy wounds ;) and she is considering staking him? tsk... that would be crime against humanity. Also I have one question do I correctly assume that he lied to Giles about not reading latin? Or is it just my headcanon that he should be able to do so?

Buffy was a bit more concerned with the wounds and how he got them than the glorious half-nakedness in front of her, unfortunately. But it's only chapter two after all, we have a long way to go yet! ;) But yeah, it would definitely be a crime to stake him.

And you'll get the answer to Spike and latin in another chapter, if you spot it :)
