"You can't blame me for worrying," Hermione said. "I know how much you've been through, and it must have been confusing having Ginny leave you for a woman..."

"That wasn't confusing, it was liberating," confessed Harry. "Look, I didn't suddenly wake up thinking I might be gay. When I looked at my memories in the Pensieve, I could admit to myself that I'd had those thoughts for a long time."

"But Draco Malfoy! Harry, you know what he's like!"

"What he was like." Harry smiled a bit. "I remember. I've relived it. But I also always thought he was good-looking."

Ha! Priceless.

Thanks so much! I assume Lavender grew up (she did, after all, fight with Dumbledore's Army) and I've always thought Hermione deserved someone who fully appreciated her brains. I always knew that Lucius was going to be -- well, if not redeemed, then at least excused because he loves his son, so I felt really pleased by DH in that one regard. (And I love writing Lucius so I really wanted that!)

Love all the scenes from their relationship--from the renewed contact through Teddy and helping Ginny all the way to Lucius using his influence to get Draco what he wants. Nice work.

Thanks so much! I would rather Teddy feel like a member of a family because he IS one, not by having to marry a Weasley, and I assume Harry and Ginny would be good friends, with so much in common -- just not good lovers. And you know I have a weakness for Lucius. *g*
