Thank you! Once I'd found the moment to write about, the imagery pretty much wrote itself; Legolas would so obviously think in terms of trees ;-) and JRRT himself uses a lot of winter/spring imagery for Eowyn, so I tried to bring that out without directly duplicating Tolkien too much...
