I loved it when Severus told Neville how to make his throat better. It was sad to know he felt so forlorn at the thought of Neville leaving so soon, but he now has an invitation to visit with the present headmaster more often.

I really liked this. Both Neville and Snape were very in character, with Snape'S "compliment" (he really needs to work on those) in particular being spot on. And his little forlorn face at the end! (Aw, Snapey.) I foresee -- read: hope for -- a future in which Snape becomes a faithful and snide companion to Headmaster Longbottom, and grudgingly hands out tips about hangover cures whenever said headmaster is looking peaky. :) Right? ...right?
