I can absolutely believe that Remus would decide to do this. And this werewolf 'canon' makes so much more sense of what happened to Bill. Excellent work.

Thank you -- I have a hard time writing post-DH Remus, he's not "my" Remus, but my recipient wanted Weasleys, and I never bought that Bill got away with just some scars and a craving for rare meat, so I figured I'd toss them together and see what happened!

Thank you! I actually wrote a much darker story to begin with, but then I remembered that this was for a holiday fest and really shouldn't be such a downer (it was set the night Bill and Fenrir pulled Remus out from his grave). So I hope this was the right balance!

Oh what a well thought out story! I loved the bits of information, the explanation that AK doesn't work the same on werewolves, the fact that Fleur needs to 'go flying' just as Bill needs his 'family' at the full moon...

Thank you! I've played with some of these ideas before in RPs (I never believed that Bill got away with just a few scratches) but I never tried to write it in fic before. Glad you enjoyed!
