Fear is an emotion that hurts because it triggers so many physiological responses. I lived your list of fears and survived. I came out the other end of that dark tunnel a stronger, thriving human being. Hang tight and know that every time you push fear away, you negate its power. One day you'll come to realize that you won the war over fear. There will be times when fear launches a new offensive. But you'll have developed a strong defense through living each day and fighting the good find and you will push fear back behind its enemy line.
Sadly, fear is like death and taxes. It's always just over there....just waiting for an opportunity to infiltrate your defenses. Load your cannons with laughter. Find things to laugh at. Laugh with your friends, watch funny movies....laugh when the guy in the car next to you flips you off. Laugh when you want to cry....and laugh at fear. It's just a boogyman of the mind; a left over survival instinct from when we ran with wooly mammoths. Good luck.
hi... i'm sorry but i can't add you even if i wanted to. that's unless you leave a comment here. i won't add you unless you do. i'm really sorr about that ^^ thank you
thank you dear [info]amadeus2 yap like you said fear is always there I always try my best to fight but really there are these times when I found my self was to weak to fight and cry
but I always try my best to forgive and forget things and I did your advice I laughed at my mistake after I did a presentation instead of blaming myself
and now when I remembered it I felt it just a funny joyful memory and I told that story to my friends , they'll all laugh at how stupid I am, hahaha
