Threw up a snippet as xmas present on facebook. So far only one person has been a jerk enough to post "Oh your sentence is clunkly -- just thought you want me to point it out in public. See how great a grammar nazi I am?"

Grrrrr, reminds me why I don't post snippets often.

There is one in every crowd. And I'm with zhonglong you just gave that person a gift, too. No matter how good your snippet is there will be at least one critic in the crowd. Don't let them get to you and don't let them spoil it for the ones who are happy with the little tidbits.
