That was unexpected. Nicely done, though I hope his name is cleared in the next book. He's not my favorite character, but I don't think he's mixed up with the DE's.

From what we've seen of him in PoA, I can't quite imagine that he would be involved with the Death Eaters either. Well, okay, I could, evidently. But I think JKR just had him arrested to demonstrate the extreme lengths the Ministry is going to in their trying to control the situation. I doubt he's really a DE too. :)
