Hehehe. It feels bad to laugh, but he richly deserves this.

Perhaps that was his worst memory, the one that paralysed him in front of the Dementor? Being mocked by a crew of surgeons and nurses?

I don't think I managed to get it across very well, but I envisioned everyone in the hospital dropping in to take a look if they could possibly manufacture an excuse to do so. Poor Dudley, starved before theatre whilst providing entertainment for the masses. :)
