So adorable! It's a really interesting aspect of the transformation you've dug through.

I just sat down and started typing. I'm sure that there are a lot of aspects to transforming into an animal for the first time that could be included that I didn't think of or have time to include. It would be a truly fascinating experience, I think. Thanks.

Oh, I loved this! You've captured the sense of wonder that she must have felt when she was first able to transform. I enjoyed this point in particular: "She was still hanging onto her humanity." I'd think that would, indeed, be the final obstacle to overcome, and probably the most difficult one, especially for someone who seems as controlled as Minerva.

Thanks. I think it would be really fascinating to experience the world from the perspective of a cat. And becoming an animagus for the first time must be thrilling, shocking and terrifying all at the same time. LOL

There is a definite dichotomy there. One minute they're being very cuddly and affectionate and the next you find yourself with clawmarks on your arm and no cat to be seen anywhere. LOL

*pokes Shadowycat, looking suspiciously*

Are you really Shadowycat? ... or are you actually really Minerva McGonagall, describing her experiences as a cat?

Because that is how it reads. Like you are actually someone who can transform into a cat. Stunning and exciting to read...

Nope, just me here. I spend a lot of time watching my own cats but I can only imagine what it must be like to actually be a cat. :) Thanks.

You have captured it so well, truly amazing!

I was wondering... you are one of the few people on my flist I've known since the beginning (when I first started out as Welshwitch_star), but I don't have your address. I would love to have it so that I could send you a card or something.

I hope you don't think my question is out of line, but I have this feeling that we know each other for so long now, that it would be more complete to have your address.

If you'd agree, can you send it to my email address? angels_ghosts@yahoo.com
Or else, just ignore my question, deary....
xxx

LOL...you aren't alone. Most people aren't interested in a real correspondence. :) I'll be in touch.
