I thought the season was great, but then I'm an enthusiast.

Fave episode: I was most moved by "Animal Rights", and the way George bonded with Sugar.

Least Fave: "Gay Parenting" made me angry, mostly because I wanted to grab that woman by the collar and shout "BEING RASIED BY GAY PARENTS DOESN'T MAKE A PERSON GAY, YOU IDIOT!!!" (*ahem*. Sorry.)

I wish we could get a "how they're doing now" recap, either at the end of each episode or the end of the season, since most of these were filmed last summer or fall.

those are two important issues to me so those two eps were perfect.

but i did hate the lady in the gay parenting one. It made me smile the two times she cried.

yea, the recap would be cool. hmmph.

Yeah, I admit I smirked. "Aww, is your sheltered little world being rocked?"

I think I was mostly frustrated by that ep because I really wanted to see her views shift, as happened in Animal Rights and Gun Culture. But she didn't budge an inch. (And she was disappointed that they didn't want her for a friend! Well, lady, if you'd put down MY family and life, I wouldn't want you for a friend either!)

Also: I was drinking milk when that segment of 'Animal Rights' came on. Lost the taste for it pretty quick, I must say. I think I'm going to do some research into the local dairies. Organic milk is pricy, but it may well be worth it.

I know at least a couple past episodes have included recaps. Maybe there'll be something on the DVD?

I have to admit I've only seen the first two episodes from this season, because I was in France for the last three weeks ^_^

luck you!

I actually watched everything off Hulu.com, so I just finished the finale yesterday.

They're available on iTunes, albeit for $2.99.

I'm behind on the episodes (most of them are sitting on my Tivo) but I was very moved by the Animal Rights one - my husband and I had a serious talk afterward about paying better attention to the source of our dairy.

It also made us have a discussion about becoming vegetarians, but one step at a time...

Also thought the very first episode, with the coal miners, was fascinating.

that's very fucking awesome. I'm a vegetarian (almost vegan) so if you ever need any help in that area, feel free to ask me! :D and i'm not the self-righteous annoying type either.
