Part I.The Beginning Part II.Found Meetings
Aizen Sousuke was one of the most patient beings in both worlds; but even his almost infinite amount of patience had a limit. How many years of failures would he endure before they could find that damned Urahara? He had never thought it would be almost impossible to find just one shinigami hiding among men; and without the Hyo Gyoku, the rest of his plan was as good as dead.
Feeling exhausted just from keeping the annoyance from showing on his face, he almost didn't see the petite figure coming out of the 5th Division Taisha. Hinamori Momo had a big grin on her face and a spring on her step. She seemed to be on a really good mood.
"Hinamori-kun," he called; she stopped immediately, her smile widening.
"Good day, Aizen-taichou." she said, her eyes sparkling and her face about to split in half. He resisted the urge to roll his eyes. Even if he had chosen her personally, he was annoyed by her open admiration and her perpetual perkiness.
"Isn't today your day off, Hinamori-kun?" he asked, remembering the rota Gin showed him the day before.
She blushed and dropped her eyes slightly. "Well, yes, Aizen-taichou, but I was looking for you."
"Looking for me?" he wondered what could be this time. Hinamori always managed to find reasons to look for him at least once a day. Most of the time he encouraged it, but today he didn't think he would be able to stand her.
"Yes, my friend Shiro-chan has been admitted in the Academy," she said, and suddenly the smile on Aizen's face felt more natural, less forced. Finally. "and I promised to show him the Taisha."
"Today?" was there any appointment or meeting he couldn't change for today? That was a visit he was willing to do himself.
Hinamori's blush deepened, "Well, if you don't mind, Taichou--" she stammered. "He just showed up and said I owed him a visit, I don't want to disappoint him."
He smiled. "Go get him, Hinamori-kun. Any friend of yours is always welcome in this division." He waited for them in front of the Taisha, his mood vastly improved.

Hitsugaya Toushirou waited for his friend, Hinamori Momo, with barely contained impatience. For years he had been waiting the summons to the Gotei13 Academy; since the first time he had seen the Ice Dragon and felt the crushing reiatsu it emitted, he knew he was going to be a shinigami. And now, finally, he was there. He would be able to control that irritating dragon.
Hinamori came almost at a run, and grounded to a halt in front of him, flushed. "Shiro-chan, I just bumped into Aizen-taichou and he gave me permission to show you around." she grabbed his hand and pulled excitedly, dragging him the way she had come.
At last he was going to meet the famous Aizen-taichou. He would have never admitted it to her, but he was eager to know the man that had impressed Hinamori so much she couldn't stop talking about him.
His first thought was that he had seen him before; in his mind, the dragon stirred and tried to say something. That was another reason why he found the dragon so annoying, he couldn't actually hear what it was saying, but that didn't stop the dragon from trying. Aizen wasn't anything like he had envisioned: from Hinamori's words he would have imagined someone with Zaraki's powerful aura, Kuchiki's elegance and Yamamoto's wisdom. He looked pretty normal to him.
"You must be Shiro-chan," Aizen said with a smile, and Toushirou scowled fiercely at his friend. She knew he hated that nickname. "Hinamori-kun told me you wanted to see the division."
"My name is Hitsugaya Toushirou," he corrected annoyed, and Aizen's smile seemed to grow.
"Well, Hitsugaya-kun, I don't have any urgent business today, I hope you don't mind if I accompany you." Hinamori looked about to burst out of happiness hearing this, so Toushirou nodded politely and followed his friend's Captain.
After ten minutes walking around the division, he was convinced that the only interesting thing there was Aizen himself.
When not on missions killing hollows, shinigami had to deal with an incredible amount of paperwork. Their work was not as glamorous as they made it. Halfway through the visit, Toushirou stopped paying attention to what they were showing him and focused on Aizen's voice and the reactions he could feel from the dragon. It seemed unnerved by Aizen, and Toushirou was curious about that.
"I hope you found the visit interesting, Hitsugaya-kun." Aizen's words took him out of his thoughts, and looking around he realized they were at the front door again. Visit time was over, but he really didn't want to leave.
"Thanks for making time to show me around, Aizen-taichou." Toushirou inclined his head politely, trying one of his rare smiles.
"It was my pleasure," and somehow, Toushirou knew he wasn't just being polite. "I hope to see you again soon."
"Well, I'm going to the Academy now, but I would like to work in a Division like yours when I graduate." he said, and he really meant it. He found Aizen interesting, and being in his Division would provide at least some entertainment during the seemingly usual dull moments.
When Aizen left, Hinamori trailing after him like a puppy, Toushirou stood there for a minute, just looking at the Taisha.
He had been eager to get to the Academy before, but now he couldn't wait to be out of it.
