Theme 6: The space between dream and reality

Hiruma x Mamori

If I had one wish.

If I had one wish, I would wish for time to stop.

Just stop.

So I could get a good look at you.  A good look at you, Hiruma.  You would just be stopped, along with the rest of time, and I would take my time examining every part of you.

First I’d look at your hair.  How much gel do you use, anyway?  Or does it stay up naturally?  Is it bleached?  It must be.  Right?

Then I’d look at your face.  I’d move your mouth into a frown, and your eyebrows into a simpering position.  I’d make your face look like you were actually concerned, or maybe upset.

Then I’d look at your body.  Examine and correct your posture, as if you were a doll.  You slouch sometimes, did you know that?  Other times, your back is perfectly aligned.  I could put a measuring stick up to it and the two would be parallel.  Funny…when did I have the time to notice that?

Then your hands.  I’d move your fingers until they were resting on my waist, your palms placed against my sides just right, with such a sensual touch that you could never achieve on your own.

And finally, your lips.  I’d have you brush your lips against mine, and move them so that soon, we’d be locked in a passionate kiss with no one else watching.  Just you, me, and the Heavens above.

And when time began again, we’d still be kissing.

And that would be the end of that.

But wishes don’t always come true.

And I can’t stop time.

After all…

This is reality.
