I am looking for the video of Shounen Club Premium 20061119 in which Tsubasa is a guest. Does anyone have the full episode of JPOPSUKI version? The quality of that version is much better than the ones on clubbox. Thank you soooooooooooooo much!!!!

Sorry, I don't have the JPOPSUKI version, but earlier today newshfan posted a subbed version of Tsubasa's interview and all the performances from that episode. I just watched it, and the quality is not bad.
