This is amazing, especially for someone who ships kirk/mccoy and mal/simon. Please update quickly! :)

I'm intrigued. I know nothing of Firefly though, but I get a post-war, gritty, devastated Federation.

Definitely want to know what's between Jim and Bones, obviously something because even if Jim wanted Bones gone, it bothered him that Bones and Spock might have something going on.

Lovely!

Firefly is EIGHTEEN SORTS OF WATCHING. I promise that there will be backstory, but seriously. Worth the time. Thanks for reading, though.

This was amazing. I am a big firefly fan and a huge star trek fan. It never occurred to me to combine the two. I love Mal/Simon and Kirk/McCoy. I am eagerly awaiting the next part.

Okay, so, this is really awesome. I kinda wasn't thrilled about the direct translation of Sulu and Uhura to Wash and Zoe, not so much the pairings but the details, but I can get over that.

I'm terribly curious about the backstory between Jim and Bones.. Decking him the minute he sees him is a very Mal thing to do. I like it.

I also LOVE Spock's random crazies. Brilliant.

Out of curiousity, is Jayne still on the ship? Or did he get off at Ananke?

I'm seriously looking forward to more of this.

Sulu and Uhura have really grown on me as a pairing. I originally didn't have them together, but then...you'll see.

Jayne did get off at Ananke, accompanied by Scotty.

Thanks for reading. There is more to come!

Well, honestly, I find the pairing entirely acceptable {even if I'm sort of biased toward Sulu/Chekov} it was the little details.. the hawaiian shirt and such. It was less.. Uhura/Sulu than Sulu=Wash played by John Cho and Zoe played by Zoe Saldana. Not everywhere, just in a couple of spots. But thats just me.

Also, uhoh, no Scotty on board? I can't imagine that not spelling trouble.
