Thanks so much. Poor Ilya. I know Atlanta is probably home for him but he deserves better :-(

My heart kind of leaped up when I saw this. In fact it kind of made me want to cry. It's been such a bad two weeks for me. I'm going to get ready for bed and then snuggle up and read this.

You did mention that you'd like to see more Slava/Ilya, so I've been thinking about them for a week or so, trying to nuzzle along a bare-bones idea into an actual fic. Finally, it all seemed to come together at once. I do hope you like it, since you supplied the inspiration. :-)

I love the playful intimacy between the two of them, how they are comfortable together and jut how they seem to like each other and making each other feel better.

Thanks, I like that too; it's fun to write them that way. I hope I can come up with more for them. Glad you enjoyed!

best kind of teammate comfort (THIS is what roommates are for), best way to gain distraction from on-ice frustration. i love how intense and in-the-moment the sex is here - you get across nicely how in-tune with each other they are. each is exactly what the other needs.

(i think some of the b's probably needed something like this last night, too. sigh.)

nice work!

Thank you! My own frustration fed this as well, as I wrote the second half of it when I got home from work (after the game). So at least I got something good out of it, right? ;-)

I really like these two together - the intimacy just seems to come so naturally; I can picture them so well. Glad you like them too. :-)

I love fics that have a unifying "theme". It's like catnip for me. ha ha. Is it weird that the bits I got the most enjoyment out of were the bits about the words? Either way, I did enjoy this. :P

Thanks! No, it's not weird. I like it too when it works out that way. :-) I'm glad you enjoyed.
