Thanks so much. I felt so bad about having him suffer so much. Next chapter he's going to get some. And no, it won't be Scottie because that would too wrong.

Just an FYI.. Scottie's name is UpSHALL, not Upshaw. There is no such person as Scottie Upshaw in the NHL.

Research or at the very least a fracking team roster is your friend.

Thanks. It's fixed now. God, I feel like an idiot. I know how to spell Scottie's name, honestly I do. I have no idea why I spelled it wrong. That's the 2nd time I've mispelled a player's name.

That's a typo, (as you might see if you check the tags and the pairings list) and probably my fault.

Do you always go around correcting other people's typos and misspellings? You must keep very busy.

No, I don't. I saw something wrong and wanted to make sure that she knew that there was a problem. And she just fixed it btw.

There are a lot of writers in this comm. that seem to just throw any old boy in a pairing and don't even know two figs about them; and that really irritates me.

I'll try to explain that in the next chapter :-) The way I see it is that they're best friends and he loves him unconditionally - as screwed up as he is.

Glad you're still liking it. Hmm...I think Scottie will have some making up to do.
