it really gets me when i start thinking about all the people that I was at one point really close to who barely even talk to anymore. it really saddens me because there are sooo many of them. And it all feels like such a waste of both of our efforts and energy. To have gotten so close only to become practically strangers. And now that I think about

I don't believe it is ever a waste of energy or effort to get close, only to drift apart. Because every single person you have been close to has made some impact on your life. You have another person in your memory. Each person you have known, and everything you have been through with those people are all marks in your life, memories in your mind, proof that you have life. You are living. You are continuely moving foward, opening new chapters of your life, and meeting new people.

I love you Shyue. You were a very important part in my life for two years. I'm glad i met you, laughed with you, cried with you, played with you, LIVED with you. I'm sorry that we have not stayed as close as we were, but in the past year we have both gone through and experienced things that i'm sure neither one of us would give up for the world. Even the bad things. We have lived, Shyue. We are living. Life is for living.

Stop thinking. It's not healthy!!!! =)
