1. I need the specifics of Rhodey's injuries. All I can remember is there was some damage to his spinal chord, and shattered vertebrae.

2. What were the words HYDRA used when they activated Bucky's Winter Soldier conditioning?

I am not incorporating hardly anything of MCU past Cap 2 for my own verse but I wanted the conditioning words as Winter Soldier is involved in my AU in a different way than he is in the MCU.
