We just decided to put a bid on a house. It's been a tough decision, but I'm glad we're making it. Now we just have to see what happens. We bid low and that may work out well. If it doesn't work out, that's ok too. Leave a comment

It's next to what used to be a gas station. It's been rezoned residential (for townhouses, I checked with the zoning board) and the owner is planning on building 3 homes there.

Congratulations on growing older or up. After some thought, I can't figure out which or how I mean this...probably well and supportive, but I can't be sure of my motivations or intentions.
